Important Membership
Terms & Conditions

The stipulations below describe the general obligations of Platinum Fitness SG Pte. Ltd. members:

1. Members are subject to the gym rules, as displayed in the premises. Such rules may be amended from time to time. Members who fail to comply with the aforementioned rules after ample warning, will be sanctioned, subject to the management's discretion.

2. Management has the discretion to reject a membership application.

3. Memberships will be billed on a twenty-eight (28) day / Four Week cycle.

4. Memberships must commence within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

5. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable given ordinary conditions, save for certain running marketing promotions that affect such.

6. Transfer of membership will only be allowed at the management's discretion, with a transfer fee of $50.

7. The management reserves the right to edit membership pricing and pricing schemes at any time.

8. Members may suspend their membership, subject to approval by Platinum Fitness SG Pte. Ltd. upon submission of document proof of reason to the management, and given that the member has allowed ample notice (1 month) to inform management of the suspension. Membership suspension between 1 day and 14 days will be free-of-charge. Suspension requests between 15 days and 60 days will incur an administrative fee of $30 before suspension takes effect. 

9. Roaming access grants the member access to all Platinum Fitness SG Pte. Ltd. gym facilities in Singapore, and can be opted-in for a fee of $10 per month. The Roaming Access will remain in effect for the full lifetime of your membership plan.

10. InBody subscription grants the member unlimited usage of the InBody composition analyser at all Platinum Fitness SG Pte. Ltd. gym facilities in Singapore, and can be opted-in for a fee of $10 per month. The InBody subscription will remain in effect for the full lifetime of your membership plan.

11. An Annual membership has a commitment period of 52 weeks from the start of your initial payment

12. An Annual (monthly) payment membership may be terminated early by a client only after a minimum of 6 cycles of membership fees have been paid. Approval of early termination is subject to the discretion of Platinum Fitness SG Pte. Ltd. upon submission of document proof of reason by the member to the management, and a penalty fee of 1 month membership fee will be charged upon approval. Should a member wish to terminate their agreement within 6 payment cycles, the penalty fee will be the remaining total membership fees of the number of billing(s) leading up to the 7th payment cycle.

13. Annual (monthly subscription) memberships will be automatically renewed upon completion of their 52-week term, unless indicated otherwise by the member to us via email at cs@platinumfitness.sg before the expiry of their membership.

14. Early termination is not allowed for all other memberships.

15. No refunds of remaining paid fees will be made to clients who have made full Annual upfront payment of their membership and wish for early termination.

16. You understand that, from time-to-time, Platinum Fitness may capture photographic and video-based content at the gym, and you consent to your image utilisation for our marketing purposes. Should you wish to be excluded, please let us know.
